Wow, those look great.

For me, silver is a bit too shiny though. Anyone else want a white or olive K-5?
Olive/black or battleship gray/black would be nice. I'll just stick with black/black until then. The color of my camera is not of much concern.

The larger grip does look nice. Hopefully we will see the same thing on the K-5 replacement. IF Pentax has indeed fixed the FF with firmware and the QC remains good, then the K-5 might have a 2+ year shelf life.

Hopefully we will see a new body with a larger VF and x1.15 magnification and two card slots. The .92x VF is a little small.

I love these picts of your K5, but it also shows the K7 isn't a bad camera at all either!

Thank you very much. And you are absolutely right about that. The K-7 is an awsome camera aswell. Take care!

Some more shots [of the silver K-5 + silver A50/1.2]
These have got to be some of the finest depictions of the K-5 I have seen - must be how it looks with the 50/1.2

Gorgeous mix of modern and classic vintage gear - something Pentax ought to use...

No silver K-5's were available in Australia but I couldn't ignore my desire and managed to get one from Singapore.

Now that these very limited beauties are almost all sold, it got me wondering... Where have they all ended up? And how many of them could we account for on this forum?
