K-5 - Turning off the Histogram in Replay Mode

The histogram can be very useful WHEN YOU WANT IT - but I can't seem to get my K-5 (software V1.03) to go to non-video Replay mode without the histogram displayiing, which I don't want most of the time.

The manual appears to say that if I set the display to "Standard" (non-histogram mode) and then I turn the camera off then it will still be in that mode when I turn it on again - but that does not work.

Have searched the threads on this forum without success, so does anyone know how this can be done?

Thanks in advance.

John

Just press info until it's gone in play mode and it shouldn't show up during review either.

I think you need to uncheck "playback Info Display" in Camera 5 memory menu.
