I am a proud ownder of the K5 as of yesterday. However I can not get photoshop to read the RAW PEF files? I then upgraded to ACR 6.3 and it says "Error in installing, not all files installed" IT still will not uppload my PEF files

I am using windows xp, Photoshop cs4

any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, you will need to upgrade to CS5 if you wish for ACR to read your PEF files.
Your only other alternative is to switch to DNG and you'll have no problems with any CS version (as I'm using CS3).

I'm only using PS Elements 5 (I think 9 is the current release) and, naturally, it did not read the PEFs, but does read DNGs without fuss.
