Can't find some Digital Filters

I have noticed that the miniature filter, sketch filter, water color, posterization filters are missing from the menu. Any idea why?

When you're looking at a photo, push the down arrow on the 4 way controller.

Awesome. Thank you! I had always looked under menu but never the soft key. Doesn't show up in the menu but I will just use the method you mentioned as it is much easier. Gotta read this manual...
