wish me luck

Just placed an order for the following:

- K-5 body only
- DA 18-135mm F/3.5-5.6 ED AL (IF) DC WR
- SMCP-FA 43mm f/1.9 Limited Series

This will be my first digital SLR. I figured I might as well dive in head first!

It was quite a rush clikcing that buy button.

Funny how almost everyone takes photos of flowers, pets, trees as soon as they get their cameras.

I could type out a whole page of why you made a good choice....but 10 minutes with the K5 will do better than I ever could. Congratulations and enjoy! If you can...post some Squirrel shots with your new K5, Otis says that a Squirrel shot within the first 100 shots on a new K5 will bring Good Luck to the shooter for years.......so if you do get a Squirrel shot, post it the K5 Photo thread.....and buy a Lotto Ticket!

Best Regards!

Things have worked out really great with my new K5.

I was so impressed with the FA43 that I added an FA31, and a DA15 to round things out. The limiteds are sooooo nice to work with. Fair to say I caught a bad case of LBA.

Still working on the squirell shot for good luck...
