Sign on my sensor

Bought my K5 a couple of months ago and was sure the sensor was clean. Now found this 'line'. Can anyone help? It doesn't look like classical stains. It's a blotch on the right side of the foto. The straight line of course is not the problem but part of the foto.

(Edited initial comment since I didn't read the OP fully where the poster said the line was part of the photo... DuOH!)
