Cleaning K-5 using eclipse

I have had my K-5 for about 2 months. Love it. Huge step over my old *ish-D.

In trying it out with all my lenses I have been changing lenses frequently. Subsequently there are a few annoying specks of dust that seem to have become bonded and aren't shaking off using the sensor clean function or a blow with comressed air. These spots weren't there on my first set of shots, so it doesn't apear to be spots from the manufacturing issue with early K-5s.

So...I am looking to give it a clean with eclipse solution + sensor wands. I did this regularly with my *ish-D, but just wanting to check with others if eclipse is OK with the K-5 sensor before I proceed.

Anyone had exerience using eclipse on the K-5?
