K-5 Firmware 1.11 on its way?

Like others, no intention of getting the GPS thing, I have it on my P&S and thats enough (considering its off 99% of the time anyway, hardly think I would use a GPS thing stuck on the K-5). I'll stick with 1.03 until there's something significant in the firmware update to warrant upgrade. For now, there isn't.

I just don't know which camera to use today .... ESII, ME, ME Super, one of either K5s, my Asus Transformer, My Samsung Galaxy S, the Casio 1.3 mega pixel or my pencil and paper?

But them once I've decided which Pentax Camera to use, I'm stuck figuring out which lens to attach to it. By the time I've decided, it's too late to take the picture.

Anyway I have installed the 1.11 so I can use my K5s with the two GPS units I have. Got two days off now to try them out but old man weather has decided to cloud over and might rain. God forbid I take my camera out on a cloudy day and get it wet.

It feels so good to be a Pentax maniac. When I pass, I want my headstone to look like the Pentax 645.

Only updates GPS officially. I've seen no other effect myself.
1.11 can be downloaded from the Japan site with no problems installing it wherever you are.

well, hope 1.12 can bring the image rotation function back to K5.

Make your requests formally to PentaxImaging Support and you might have it taken up.
