No Audio from K5 video

I'm not sure if its the camera or something simple as a missing codec, but I have no audio while playing the avi files from my K5. Any suggestions?

maybe you have sound turned off while recording? (Under camera options page 4 Movies you can turn the mike on or off)

updated audio codec's and still nothing. I double checked that the audio option wasn't turned off. I even turned it off and back on. Aside from uploading the video and seeing if anyone else can hear any audio, I'll have to send it in.

When you connect your camera to a monitor with either hdmi or other cord, you can check if you have sound recorded.
