Hi Guys & Gals.

I am hoping that you might be able to help me.

I have a K5 - upgraded from a K20. I put the memory cards from the K20 into the K5 so the numbers have continued.

I would like to start the count again from 1.

Can anyone please tell me how I can do this.

Is re-formatting the cards in the k5 an option?

Nope, I have done that
