Front e-dial problem

I have posted about this issue in the past.
I have had my K5 since October of last year. Absolutely love the camera. I generally shoot in M mode with the camera on a tripod using the front and rear e-dials to set exposure. In March of this year the front e-dial failed. It was replaced under warranty by C.R.I.S. Camera Service in AZ. A few days ago the front e-dial failed again and I promptly shipped it off for warranty repair again. It's disappointing to me that such an excellent camera should have such a weakness. I will in the future be reluctant to trust the camera.

Maybe they did a poor job of fixing it?
