Sensor stains

Hello,
I have a K5, bought it before 3 months. After 1200 shots I found some stains (5 obvious, and another 4 very dim) dispersed in the frame. These were not existing when at the 1st day I examined how clear the sensor was.
Now, as the test shots were done in f/45 and in "normal" apertures (f9, f11, even f16) the stains are not visible (in f/32 they look like normal dust-spots), this is not a problem at all.
My question is, are these stains going to grow in intensity and (or) "population"? Your experience and opinions are highly welcomed.
Is it logical to send the camera back or wait and see if the stains become larger (more obvious in lower f numbers)?
Finally, I rarely use LiveView or Video (took only 3 short videos just from curiosity).
Thank you in advance,
Paschalis

Do you mean you bought it three months ago? And I assume you bought it new. By most accounts the "stains" that were found in the early batches of K5s have been resolved but in case, there are many threads from that time that show exactly what they look like and basically what's causing them. Falk Lumo provided a pretty in depth analysis. F45 is pretty extreme. May I suggest posting examples of these spots and let some experienced eyes take a read on them. If they are not interfering with your normal shooting there's no immediate need to send it back unless you mean to send it back to the retailer for an exchange. If you are looking to exchange with the retailer it's hard to advise you not knowing their specific policies on returns.

Yes, I bought it brand new, serial number starting from 40.
The image with the guitar example is right. But the stains in my sensor are less and dispersed.
Unfortunately I can't upload samples!
