Do any of the K-5's autofocus points, besides the center one, get displayed in the viewfinder? Or are the other 10 focus points guess work?

They display when they are being used. Otherwise, not.

Some, like the extreme left or right points are a little feinter on my camera compared to the centre point, but they do light up when first engaged to AF, and then again when locked.
