Taken the plunge - New K5 Owner here

Hi all

Well went to have a look and play with a K5 yesterday and 3 minutes later was paying for it. Been uhmming and ahhing for weeks and at last decide I work darned hard all year so treat myself for christmas - so K5 and sigma 10-20mm purchased.

Pretty new to Pentax too - bought a second hand K200D a few months back - so be prepared for lots of dumb and newbie questions

Sounds like the sale-person had a tough jobs with you...

Great camera and very easy to migrate to from the K200d. Nice lens you've got there as well. I had much satisfaction from the Sigma 10-20.

Enjoy.
