Flash Compensation on K5

Hi, just a quickie - is Flash Compensation on K5 body able to adjust an external flash when mounted or is for build-in only? I'm aware of external flash unit has its own adjustment function. I use a AF-360FGZ. Thank you.

Yes you can alter flash compensation on the body AS WELL AS on the flash body. It is additive.

Season's Greetings!
I use a new Metz 50 AF-1 with my K-5. I can set it to Mode "P-TTL", but don't see that the K-5 Flash setting (+ or - any value) has any effect on the flash. If I need to update the flash's firmware, where/how to do this? Thank you!

I meant mounted on the body not wired or wireless.

Thank you all!
