Just got my K-5

Finally bit the bullet and upgraded from my old K-10 to the K-5. I looking forward to enjoying the new features.

Is there any updates I should be looking for?

James

Currently there's the 1.11 firmware patch you should get, and soon there will be version 1.12 so stay tuned to our homepage for info on that!

You will enjoy it immensely. I liked the K10 when I was using it, but when I got the K5, I have since only used the K10 to take pictures of the K5.
Note particularly the new ISO button on top, and that the menus are much longer.

Got my K5 a few days ago and found the set up fairly intuitive after the K20D.

Everything is a big step forward compared to the K20D except the size.

I really find the K5 the absolute minimum size I could happily handle, and I don't have especially large hands.

I miss the separate Anti-shake switch but feel that loss is more than compensated for with the dedicated ISO button.

All in all, I'm really delighted with my upgrade. Just wish I could have afforded to keep the K20D.
