Don't put it in a folder at all - just put it on the card directly without any folder. It HAS to be in the root directory (like C: or J: or whatever) or it will not work.

Also, format the card in the camera, then put it on your computer and copy to root folder. Sounds like you're just not in root, so no damage done...

Thanks guys !!!!! All sorted this morning ! Firmware 1.12 now loaded.
I think the problem was actualy a slightly dodgy card. Although Im not sure. Either way.... Its sorted ! Yayyyyy
