Iso number in viewfinder changes

A type lenses, both my 300 2.8 adaptall with a PKA, and my A 50 1.4 do the same thing. In Av mode, I set the aperture and iso/shutterspeed, then take a shot. The ISO+ disappears and the iso number changes to something seemingly random. 128, 84, 85. If I half press the shutter button, the set iso comes back. Never any issue with shooting or exposure.

Anyone know what those numbers mean?
