BTW, the K5IIs had no problem with the SDXC cards.

David/Karen - those are the same conclusions I came to on my SDHC/SDXC test of the transcend card that claimed 25 MB/s.

It's good to see the results are repeatable. I had an order pending with Amazon so I ordered one of the Transcend 64GB SDXC Class 10 cards and I will post as soon as I get it.

I got the transcend 64gb card and it cleared the buffer in 14.6 sec, so the Sandisk card is still fastest.

i had a first hand experience with these cards i would say... so far i'm sticking my money to mu extreme pro 16gb sandisk card. I tested the write speeds (not documented though) bu shooting in live view and waiting for it to save my data...raw file shot at 16MP... I would say that the extreme pro card saves data much faster than that of those other class 10 cards... i've had the regular sandisk ultra, extreme and extreme pro and compare them side by side...and extreme pro thumping all the way...
