K-5 on PhotoExtract

I check photo extract because one of my buddies (who shoots with a Nikon Dx3) is featured there sometimes, today a K-5 shooter is featured. I'm using the "copy image address" feature to post the image here, but out of respect for the site, maybe you could just drop in to the site where it was originally posted or check out more of Bill Gekas' work, if you like it.

Bill Gekos isn't one of my friends, sorry for the confusion. But thanks for the comment. I can't get Bill's site to work correctly either, I was able to see thumbnails but no full size images., maybe his new found notoriety has used up his band width, who knows? I'll leave the link there on the assumption that soon, it may work.

Thanks for that link TenZ, I love his self portrait. He's got that "look of mystery" thing happening in a big way.

Nice classically inspired still life portraits.
He's an Aussie too, which gives him extra points.

He doesn't seem to be aware that you can't take great photos with Pentax cameras like the K-7 and K-5, however.

Someone should remind him that if he was using almost any other brand or type of camera his focus, lighting, flash, colours, and image quality would automatically be so much better.

Stunningly fantastic work! Thanks for posting this....sort of.......Otis looked over his great shots, wonderful lighting and color, then turned to me and said "you should be ashamed you even own a camera".

Regards!
