Wireless PTTL works with the Metz 50 but it can only act like slave and not as master, so you can't put this flash on the camera and trigger with it another flash.
And yeah the interface of pentax is better, but the swivel head is a bigber advantage if you ask me but that's something you need to determine yourself. =]
