My K5's outer rubber is peeling away

Just from the right side of front wheel. Rubber is little loose (about 1cm lenght now) and starting to peeling away little by little. I did buy my K5 in February 2012 and about 12000 pics taken. Some people here say that K5 is build like tank but even i have kept my K5 always nicely still start to broken already. Anyone else noticed same peeling as me?

The grip sections on all of the Pentax DSLR's I've had are completely attached by simple double sided tape. For the K-5, one side has a screw under it, so don't try gluing it to the camera because that would be a problem when trying to service the camera. If the grip material somehow won't form to the body anymore, you could buy some replacements from Pentax, or your could try re-taping your existing grip material.
