Would This Be True On The K-5 Also?

Autofocus Reality Part 1: Center-Point, Single-Shot Accuracy - Imaging Resource

I used to use LV w/MF and now use the VF for everything. Should one jump back and forth?

Live view uses contrast AF. It is more accurate and is not subject to back or front focus.
Viewfinder uses phase detect AF. It is faster and is subject to back or front focus.
Manual focusing using live view is theoretically the slowest, but it is the most accurate (unless you have bad eyes) and not subject to back or front focus.

The above is true of any camera using any of the above technologies.

Well there are people complaining about the AF action of the K-01, but it does hit the nail right with CDAF when there is enough contrast and light. Where K-5 with PDAF can go wrong on various occasions.

Alright. How do I get rid of the distracting triangles/squares in LV? Hand-holdng an 80-200 2.8 w/LV doesn't seem very pleasing.

I have a K-5 and when I autofocus in liveview, annoyingly it zooms and focuses through liveview and then goes back to normal again after focus. (You know what I mean when you have a K-5), can anybody teach me how to turn it off?

The K-r does this, too. It can't be turned off. It's very annoying that they locked that rather dubious feature on.

I can't take that, do I'll stick with the VF unless focusing with a manual lens.
