Anyone Pre-order a K5-II or IIs yet?

I just called Adorama and they still said it would be in stock "at the end of the month".. So I cancelled the order and placed an order at B&H and now have confirmed order which I hope ships today....

Yes! I received tracking number/shipment confirmation for my K-5ii from B&H. Shows it should be delivered Monday!

LOL... sorry just really exited, I have two K-5's and can wait to see the improvements in the K-5ii.

Ok - I found this weird being for those 2 states anyway. Glad you found a work around for the great 2 year warranty.

Now this begs the next question - do you'all in Virginal feel more protected since the state seems to know better than you?

I don't feel more protected. I don't really understand it. The Bestbuy that used to work for sold service plans on everything in Virginia. I am not sure what the difference between those an extended warranties are anyway. Oh well...like you said at least I found a work around.
