I don't. I prefer to do all of my PP when I can see it on my nice wide laptop. I do not think I have ever used any in-camera enhancements at all.

I use the 'Portrait' setting for JPEGs on my K-5, and I use 'Fine Sharpness' turned up +1 notch from center.

While most of the time I shoot RAW, I also shoot some fast paced events where RAW makes no sense (like a parade or a running race). In fact, I know a prominent sports photographer who always shoots only JPEG (for sports, that is. He still uses RAW or large format film for his "personal" photography).

I set mine to do some sharpening, as well as a little increased contrast and color enhancement.
It is only affects JPEG and I normally shoot RAW and do sharpening myself as needed for each image anyway.

But, I will shoot in RAW+JPG when I use the EyFi cards, and transfer the mid-resolution JPEGs to the computer.
This way the JPEG images on screen look nice without fiddling with them in front of the client.
I still have the RAW files to properly process later.
