Son Of A Biscuit...

I just found the lens button in my camera bag...two months later. Is it easy to re-insert or should I have professionally done?

Ok, mine fell out (K5) and I was able to get the replacement from Pentax. Thought that would be the end of it but simply reinserting it doesn't work. I think, based on a schematic diagram I saw for the K7 that there is a tiny clip on the inside that has to be put on to really fix it. That would require more disassemblely than I'm up for. Mind you this is all supposition on my part. Anyway I'm unwilling to try to glue it back in place and have resorted to gaffers tape over the button put back in place for now. Ultimately it will go to Pentax for repair.
