Does K5-IIs have any AA Filter ?

Like Nikon D800E has two of them to neutralize each other, or having no AA filter at all, like MF cameras using backs. Anyone knows?

In an interview at photokina the Pentax manager said "we have manage to complitely removed the AA filter" he was telling that they didn't take the Nikon approach to neutralize it.

Thats what I wanna hear, if he meant that IIs will be awesome camera, hard to beat in APS-C arena.
One small quirk though, if so wondering why it's more expensive than II? Expected lower sales volume?

Probably several reasons why they are charging more for the K-5 IIs:
- because they can
- because the IIs involves a slightly different production line than the regular K-5II, so they need to recoup extra equipment/labour costs ??.

I doubt they are charging more because of expected lower sales. By all accounts, the K-5 IIs is the subject of a great deal of interest and pre-orders. It may very well prove to be more popular than the 'vanilla' K-5 II.

I'm told it's partially because more work is needed to make it, insofar as the sensors come with AA filters which then have to be removed.

Are you paying for the parts in the camera, or the performance? That's why they could charge more even if it was as simple as leaving the AA out and not doing anything else.
