Just ordered a K-5lls

I am mainly a nature photographer for fun and currently shooting with D4 and 300 F2.8 VR.
I am buying it as a companion to the Nikon gear and also for traveling.
Expecting it on Friday from B&H. Hopefully I will be posting my nature pictures again.

I hope so too -- your excellent bird photos are an asset to the forums. And I'll be most interested to see if moire in fine plumage detail really is an issue.

Thank you.
I received the camera to-day. And a quick shoot with FA*200F2.8 lens..........100% crop.

Not much of a test. But, I am happy. This weekend is the real field test. Pelican's feeding frenzy is on.
