A few MF shots from this morning where I got lucky on the focus....

This little girly was proud of her peanut find!

Some wild Bigma bokeh!

Otis Squirrel sends regards to his friends here!

Love the Bigma bokeh! Esp. in the shot of the dove. (Went early this afternoon to Downtown Camera here in Toronto, where there were a few K-1 to handle (fondle). Everything about them seemed great: smaller than I expected'/feared, the 'feel' of the dials even better than the K 5 IIs we all know and love. Of course I can't say anything about the IQ on the basis of some random shots in the shop.

So did it have the "S" setting for squirrels or is that only in the special order models? I'm getting anxious...squirrels too!

I love my K5IIs and hope it can be repaired.

That dove you mentioned was a Jpeg...here is a version of the shot right before it and I did this one from the Raw and color corrected......I think I like them both pretty much.

Regards & Thanks for your report!

Wonderful shots FS! #3 is just fantastic! My favorite but it was hard to choose.

There is a problem with #4, it is so blurry Otis can't make it out and requests you send us the subject so we can re-shoot it for you. He will be happy to help you out! Me too!

Also, Otis pitched a fit over #7......Can you reassure him that is not Brunswick stew?

Sure. It's an Irish squirrel stew

I do! Thanks 1952! I keep trying but it is so hard. The K1 will be here soon and I will try to get my K5IIs repaired.

Meanwhile I'll just plug away with the MF.

Otis says this one would make good gravy for a ham dinner.

Like gravy with a "woody" flavor?

Otis may be going out on a limb, but he says that even at ISO 6400 he is the world's most handsome squirrel!

Otis asks......"Where are you guys?"

My apology to Otis...at ISO 6400 and MF it was the best I could do.

Regards!
