I've just come back from a hike in the Victorian Alps. I took all my gear but was generally too tired to get it out. I did try my hand at a star trail which worked out ok.

I had a rare opportunity to drive through a wind farm yesterday. My trusty K5iis and DA 18-135 really came through for me.

return of turkeys

I have had turkeys visiting the last couple of days, now that snow is leaving. Last winter they appeared throughout the winter, this year not so much.
There is one big alpha male who stands off by himself and continuously does his displays. Impressing the ladies I guess, but they were stuffing their face under the bird feeder.

The bottom jet is a TA-7C Corsair II, Greek Air Force training aircraft. Beautiful aircraft and very well shot!

Exactly right and thank you for your comments! Since you gave more info about the TA-7C let me provide some more info about the A-7E the other aircraft too. It's wearing a special livery based on the 336 "Olympus" Squadron markings. It also wears the phrase "Fly Low Hit Hard" which was the motto of the Squadrons that flew the A-7s Corsairs II (or SLUFs for their pilots). Anyone interested in more aviation history, here is a link about the 336 Squadron that was flying the "last Corsairs in the universe" as they liked to say:
