Don't be afraid!!! - just get it out and start using it!! I got my first DSLR - Pentax K5II with 18-135 lens a year and a half ago and I love it - the picture quality was a massive improvement from my bridge camera!

I don't want to hi-jack this thread! I was on another Pentax forum and posted about being a newbie and didn't have a very positive response so I'm hesitant to make the same thread here. Is there a newbie thread I can lurk?
