Where are you guys? Don't you love your cameras anymore? Help me out here!

My first K5IIs Macro with an old Pentax A-50 Macro lens....a great lens!

The little blooms are only 1/4 inch across.

Regards!

Thanks FS!
No problem with Otis and the flowers...after some of the ugly posts about him and his Army here at PF he has them all in a Training Course out in the Woods of Otis and is teaching them to become carnivorous. So far they have consumed two possums and a raccoon.....They will be stepping up to humans any day now....but you have no worries, Otis loves you!

BTW- Most of the Army squirrels say raccoon is a little greasy, but possum tastes "just like chicken". I hope none off them end up choking on those bitter humans.....

Best Regards!

Another beauty. I've really enjoyed these shots over the past few days. The K5IIs is magic in your hands.

Thank you! Wish Otis felt that way...he is threatening to replace me as the Official Shooter of his Army of Otis with a 12 year old kid down the street with a Nikon if I can't improve my abilities with the new K5IIs.

FS...all are very fine, but #3 & #4 tickle my eyes! #2 is a pretty neat shot too...everything dead looking...in the brightness of that big bright wheel....kind of eerie, but a very neat catch!

...I like it...although I hate snow and ice. Post more here....we need more posters in this thread!

Been busy...not much shooting today.....did get this little dove in a nice natural setting. I prefer less light...but you take what you get!

Thanks Rupert. The weather has been awful here this winter (and hasn't improved much here lately) so I haven't been able to get out and shoot much. Oh, an an aching back doesn't help matters much either.

We are in the "bright sun" season here in Texas.....very hard to shoot in most of the daytime hours unless we get some clouds. The light is blindingly bright. Makes it hard to shoot handsome squirrels, and every thread needs a few handsome squirrels!

Regards!

Nice shot. What lens did you use for this? It's very sharp.

Here's a few shots - nothing spectacular as I've only had a few chances to get out and shoot.

Nice shooting! Very sharp and clear with fine detail! Lovely scenes too!

I shoot mostly with my Bigma 50-500...my favorite lens. It is wonderful for wildlife....or even for a stray chicken that showed up in my yard two days ago and has hung around.

Don't know where he came from? He's pretty neat and really big......and I am betting he tastes just like chicken?

Regards!
