Great pictures!
Here's a Moon shot with the Sigma 150-500 plus the Kenko 1.5x tele-extender.

Two weeks into using the K5 IIs and I am convinced that my upgrade to this new version of the K5 was worth it. The fine detail that I am getting from this camera is just what I was looking for. I am a happy camper.. now if my DA* 16-50mm will just return from CRIS I will be a very happy camper.

Here is another low light shot of an old register using the DA 35mm
The details are amazing!

Nice! How do you rate the 150 500? Good for birding?

Nice; we clearly see the colour characteristic of Jupiter atmosphere. I'll try with my FA*600 + 1,4 L converter, the results should be better... if the weather if clear

It should be good enough for that. I use it for airplane spotting and Moon shots. It does require some good light but the K5's hi-iso low noise helps a lot.

they love apples, here is a 100% crop. The sigma lens does a superb job on the K5IIs - but the initial focus inaccuracy of the lens irked me. I'm still not 100% happy with the calibration of my sigma 180mm f/3.5 APO EX, but I hardly ever use AF with that lens.
100% crop???? Amazing. Just look at that detail

My sigma 100-300mm f/4 APO EX DG has been putting in a stellar performance on the K5IIs, though the AF is still a bit twitchy.
