I was thinking that you were floating on the water or on a boat at least when you took this photo.. man that shot is so wide....

It works better as a 16:10 ratio - 16:9 is too narrow to my eyes.

Very nice shot! I've been back to look at it several times. The colors and flow of the water are beautiful.

In the words of Michael Scott..."it's all good". Do you folks find you have many more "keepers" from your shooting sprees? It sure seems like I do but some of that can be chalked up to learning and experience too.

Nice. You pretty much need the 500 for those shots. Beautiful.

I received my DA* 60-250 back from service. All cleaned, new SDM motor. I was testing it out in bad light at dusk for detail and bokeh. Handheld at 250mm, f4, ISO 400, 1/250th.

Results are the best review!

I am new to this forum. I'm upgrading from a K200D and looking for a set up I can grow with and really hone my (amateur) skills. Been waffling over the Kii or Kiis for weeks! Finally found this forum with these AMAZING shots. Why was I worried, results speak for themselves. Very inspiring! The s it is for me. - Blue

Colorado- I was wondering too, but saw photos and reviews of other so went for it. I have noticed greater detail for sure, but no problems. I'm very happy with the IIs.

Olypdd - nice photos. Your photo of Mt. Rainier from Tacoma looks similar to mine. Your photo has tremendous detail.

Thank you. I usually use a tripod and remote/mirror lockup for that shot but I just set it on a trash can and fired off a few. The flowers were handheld....stooping down to get the shot.
