Rupert Good luck with the computer. It's horrifying to think how dependent on mine I am.
Thanks JVA, I hope to have my machine back or a new one within the next week.....I hope? Yes, I understand, we do everything with our machines and can be totally lost without them...it is kind of scary....in fact, it is real scary!

Loved your shots...places I will never get to see in person. The girl with her camera...love that one! Just think of the big smile she could have had if she had been looking at a K5IIs screen!

Otis whistled me out this morning........

"Hey old Rupert, I heard your computer went squirrely?"

"You can see....I'm all broken up over it! "

Damn squirrels!

Don't know how those look, I did them on this old computer and monitor, so it was mostly just guessing. Yes, you sure can miss all your software programs when you lose them.

Best Regards & Post more shots!

Very cool shots. I like the train station and the girl with the camera the best.

You're most welcome! Post more!

Exciting morning here today! Little FS has finally emerged from deep in the Woods of Otis where he has spent many weeks distilling corn whiskey. It is dark in those woods, and he looks a little pale and tired, but otherwise in good health.
He has stored the corn whiskey in some old charred oak logs he found in there, from a past wildfire, sealed them with possum dung (an old squirrel distiller trick he learned from Otis) and now just waits for proper aging ......which should be just about Christmas time! I can't wait to try my first sip.......FS.....I'll be glad to send you a bottle of it? After all FS is your namesake! Damn handsome guy he is too!
.
I didn't do him justice using this old computer and monitor, but take my word for it, he is one handsome squirrel!

Little FS ...a Master Distiller!

Regards!

Beautiful. I like #2 the best. What is that structure that looks like it has smoke coming out of it? I imagine that's just the clouds behind it?

Beautiful shots as usual. I like the squirrels of the world theme too ('squirrels of the world unite, you have nothing to lose but your…?').

I suppose these pics could be as much about the FA77 Ltd I just picked up on the marketplace, as they are about my K5IIs. I've only ever posted a couple pics, but this camera and lens combo practically takes its own nice pics
