I have fond memories of time spent in a Citroen 2CV owned by a friend in Cambridge (UK). Alas she died when the small plane she was on crashed in the backwoods of Thailand.
That's sad news. Good friends are rare. Especially 2CV friends

I was disappointed with my FA 31 when I bought it. It was 'OK', but nothing special. After I sent it to Eric Hendrickson for calibration, it became one of my very favorite lenses.
If I hadn't the Sigma 30mm F1.4 I shall have bought that lens...

Morning dove......she sat frozen in this position for almost 6 minutes. She must have been in some serious deep thoughts?

"Shhhh! I'm thinking! Why were squirrels ever created?"

She finally moved over to the Cheater Branch.....for better thinking?

Regards!

Awoke this morning to the smell of something in the Woods of Otis...apparently that little dove's thoughts set off a killing spree from the Army of Otis?
Roasted dove wrapped in possum bacon.....bound to be delicious!

I suppose you mean number 3, it is the town center of Bonnieux in Provence. Number 9 pano is taken from the top of the town.

Otis ate a few too many of those delicious stuffed doves? Maybe it was the possum bacon wrappers that got him stuffed?

Bonnieux is not a place I'd heard of. Very beautifully captured, FS!

In the heat here (105F today) it is a regular occurrence, Otis just issued a mandatory heat advisory to all his Army squirrels to take a one hour rest break every 30 minutes until sundown. Breaking only to eat and swag down some ice cold beer!

It's a tough life, but somebody's gotta do it!

Regards!

You guys ever heard the phrase..."I got my tail chewed." Apparently this squirrel is familiar with it!

Name: IMGP0155-800A.jpg
Views: 169
Size: 91.6 KB

There are lots of squirrel wars around here and a favorite target is the tail. They can really get nasty with each other at times, sometimes stripping an opponents tail down to nothing but the stem.

I know you guys want more squirrels, but how about a Jay for a change of pace today?

1/100 handheld ISO 4000 6.7 @420mm....I do love my K5IIs!

Regards!
