Inside the Acrowood factory. This place is old.

The section of machinery I hauled is hanging from the crane. Some of the milling machines and presses this place has run on water, rather than hydraulic oil. The place is one of the oldest buildings in Everett, built from old growth timber cut down in the nearby Cascade foothills.

Here’s an old fashioned electric pole. A friend asked me to get pictures for her before it disappeared.

yes photographing the old stuff before it disappears is a worthy pursuit, the local museums may well be interested in those photos one day

I have a small collection from my days working for an electric utility.
