Aperture not fully opening

Okay, got a bit of an odd question.

I've been playing around with settings on my K-5 and have stumbled upon a conundrum. After changing something, I can no longer fully open my aperture. For instance, I'll try to go fully open at 3.5 and it'll only let me go to 5.

Yes, I'm shooting manual, etc., it's just this one issue. No, I don't have the lens zoomed at all during this.

Thank you for any help.

Disable exposure bracketing.

Press up on the D-Pad, then select either Single Shot or Continuous Drive mode.
