K5 > HDMI output > Nexus 7?

Is it possible to output live view from the K5 to a Nexus 7 tablet? I'd like to use the tablet as a live view display for framing and focusing.

well I guess that the Nexus 7 only has HDMI-out so that won't work.

Like Ron says, Nexus 7 use HDMI-out, what you need is HDMI-in on such a device.

If size and power requirements are not an issue (as in a studio environment) then any computer monitor or TV with HDMI (or DVI) inputs will work fine. All you need is the proper cable, mini HDMI for the camera and regular HDMI (or DVI) for the monitor/TV. For portable use, there are field monitors operating on batteries. They are rather expensive and the resolution is low. With a regular monitor/TV you get the full 1080 HD resolution.
