It is so worth the upgrade. I was disappointed when they announced the updated cameras instead of a totally new model, but I was wrong. The upgraded AF is wonderful on a fast prime and the removal of the anti-aliasing filter is huge. I actually really appreciate that everything is in the same place. It is going to make switching between the K5 and the IIs seamless.

Glad you are happy with the upgrade and I'm sure you will find shooting with a pair of cameras to be nice. I may try that shooting football next fall. Now I'm anxiously awaiting the arrival. I got 2nd day air but forgot that Adorama is closed on Saturday so it won't be shipped until tomorrow. I should have it by the middle of the week and will be able to play with it a good bit next weekend at a nice retreat center. I have about decided to use the $100 Adorama gift card toward getting a BG-4 grip.
