Locking settings on a k5

This may be a simple question but after having my k5 for over a year, i find myself inadvertently changing settings (both iso and aperture) whilst shooting, not an issue for landscape work etc but I shoot a lot of Netball (womens basketball) and am constantly changing orientation, position etc.
My question is, can settings be locked? Not in a full manual sense as I shoot in AV mode, f4.0, iso100-400 nearly all the time and let the camera set the exposure time.

Thanks Guys

AE-L button locks settings, also try TAv mode with iso range caping at 400, or same iso caping in AV

Thank you i83N, Ive had a play with the AE-L button but it still allows the e-dials to be moved and thus still allows me to change both ISO and Aperture inadvertently, ill look closer at the TAv method.
