K-5II deal

I am this close to pulling the trigger on a K-5II: --><--

I just saw it announced at 879$ from a local shop in Montreal.

But something tells me that there is something awesome about to happen...

Opinions? I am in no rush, the deal is until end of's just very appealing at that price.

I think we will see a new aps-c in the fall and that is why the pricing on the II and IIs have been moving so much. I pulled the trigger on the IIs in the spring because the price was right ($932) and because when the new aps-c is released I figure it will be around the initial asking price for the k5 ($1500). I wanted to be able to buy FF when/if it is ever released, so I don't want to spend $1500 on an aps-c right now. If I had no plans for future camera purchase, I might have waited for the II/IIs replacement.
