What's the difference between K-5 and K-5II

Seriously. I don't even understand why do Pentax have this upgrade. Everything in both cameras are exactly the same... Other than the minor change in focusing and LCD screen. I am a K-5 user myself, and do not see a need to upgrade to an identical camera. They should make more significant changes, such as increase in mega-pixels, better video manual control, ,etc. And for god's sake, upgrade that PRIME II processing chip! I definitely see space for improvement in ISO performance and AF tracking.

I bought the K-5 II.s and can see a marked difference between that and the K-5 I own. The focusing is much improved and faster and the images are much sharper with better colour definition which means less work in PP. I also seem to get far less smudges on the rear LCD panel than I did with the K-5.

SR is significantly more effective in the K5II. I noticed that it triggers late in the K5 causing blur even at 1/125 at 17mm.

Well the K5II(s) has greater auto focus accuracy - none of my brand name pentax lenses needed any AF adjustments, though my sigma lenses were rather hit and miss in terms of AF accuracy.
