The biggest difference for me is I don't need any focus adjustment on the K-5IIs while my previous K-5 had wild adjustments for all fast lenses.
Better accuracy, not sure, better calibration, definitely.

I have the K-5 II and can only compare it to my prior Canon 5D. While the Pentax certainly auto focuses faster than the Canon using the center point, the Canon seem to have a smaller focus point. For me this was only a issue if trying to pick out something really small, like a person's eyes using a large aperture. I shoot mostly landscape, so not too much a issue for me, but if doing portrait work this might be important.

Maybe there is size difference between the focus points of the K-5 and K-5 II?
