K-5 has taken 400k+ exposures for sale

Just saw an add from a photographer who's selling a Pentax K-5. He has taken more than 400.000 photos with it and it's still working without any problem. That says something about the quality of Pentaxcameras

Sad for me cause I had decided that I'll keep mine as long as it's ok but my K-5 will probably survive me

I decided that about my K20D, but now my sister has it. Things change... a lot of us like shiny, glittery, new, with the latest bobbles.

I slowed down on the number off images taken with my K-5 Silver Limited Edition, so it's now only on 159.053.

I saw it too. At first I thought is was super cheap but then I saw the shutter count (due to time laps photography). Buy it or skip it, dilemma...

My K-5 is soon passing 30k but 400k is quite a lot more. That's like 25-30 years of camera use for me!

i wish you didn't do that. My wife saw that!
Now i'm stuck with the K7 (and a broken K5) instead of the K3

Great! So far I've averaged around 4000 clicks per year on my K-5. So, at least 98 more years to go, then
