K5IIS and it's metering modes

Is there any way to dedicate a button for the different metering modes?
I find at concerts with the changing light I need to switch between spotmetering and average a lot and it is to slow with the switch.

Thanks

Randy

The dedicated metering mode switch is found just below the mode dial.

I think you just need to train your left thumb to move the switch one notch back and forth. If you want to switch between spot and matrix, it is just the two ends of the switch travel. Average is one notch. I do it all the time without looking. It just took some practice.

No I was thinking you could program one of the buttons like for example the green button

Sounds like I will have to get faster with the present setup

Thanks
