Talked the wife into a K5 IIs!

I can't believe I did this, I talked my wife into a K5iis! I guess it wasn't really that hard when she saw the sale price at Adorama. I sure hope it lives up to her expectation

If she liked your K10D, she will love the K5. I know I loved the move.

Now think of all the neat lenses you need for it. And of course you will need to get a K3 as "backup" as two is one and one is none. You may experience a camera failure when you are visiting that great big ravine just a bit north of you.

She must be a wee slip of a thing to fit into such a small space

Enjoy.

Funny. I did the same yesterday. Huge step from K20D. You will love it. The bad news: You won't be able to share it

I'm lucky. My wife spent $6,500 on an embroidery sewing machine and another $2,500 on software. So I got some leeway. I really want a 645Z but I will have to settle for a K3.

Hmmmm.... perhaps I should introduce my spouse to the fine world of embroidery sewing.

I will just have to keep it exercised for her! It will probably work out Ok. She takes event photos at church. Mostly inside with lousy light. She has been using a KX with the kit lens. This should open up a whole new world to her. I shoot more outdoorsy stuff. I suppose the worst thing that can happen is I will have to get one for myself Oh the agony!
