I have a K5IIs body with 6321 shutter actuations, no marks , scratches, or damage , 100% fault free, serial number 4799485, with 3rd part battery grip and 3 Pentax batteries., all the cables etc that are supplied new in the box which I also have.

I also have Metz 48 flash as well

please can I get some advice what to sell this body and the flash either together or individually for in the UK?

id say 550-600 for the lot. about 70-80 for the flash, the rest for the camera + batteries etc.

That's a bit optimistic, seeing as the K-3 goes for just under 600 GBP new. 80 max for the flash, 400 for the camera.

A good option would be to simply list your items in the marketplace and see if they sell. Set your initial price at what you would be willing to pay if you were the buyer. As noted above, the current K-3 pricing heavily influences what you can expect for the body.

When I was looking around for a K5 last xmas/new year I made a note of auction final prices (ebay UK) for auctions I had in my watch list. These are totals ie inc post etc., B = body only (otherwise with kit lens), M = mint, ii = K5ii, + = extras like case. You can see there is a wide range.

380(B);375;477(B);347+(B);408+;299;352+(B);332;299+(B);290(B);370;337(B-iis);350(B);454(B-ii);321;401;348(B);325(B);302(B);322(B);258(B);471(B-ii);390(B-ii);M413(B);310(B);381;260;266(B);239(B);

More recently K5's seem to be going for nearer 250'ish.

for that matter, you can go on ebay, and under advanced search check under "search including" that you want to see auctions "sold listings" - this will bring up a list of recently "sold" items so you know this is what people actually paid...
you can restrict to UK, etc. as you wish to get a good picture of what will sell locally vs. worldwide.
