Dropped frames on K5 Timelapse.

I shot a long timelapse sequence the other day, using a 1 second interval. After about two and a half minutes, it started dropping random frames. I was using a Sandisk Extreme Pro card in the K5, and shooting in Raw. Would this be the card or the camera that's struggling to keep up?, if it's the card, is there a card that would be able to cope?

Remember that the interval time does not stack on top of the shutter speed, so a 2s interval might solve the issue in this case, depending on your shutter speed.

The K-5 maxes out as a write speed of around 30 Mb/s, so that care should exceed its capabilities.
