level

I have a K5II & a K5IIS I found this by accident but if you push info until the menu comes up. Then push info again then you get a level on the LCD. I thought they both did it but I just tried it and only the K5II does it.

Do you get the level indicators in the viewfinder of both cameras or just the K5II? According to the original K5 operating manual the electronic level is off by default. So it might be there but needs to be turned on in Rec mode 4 menu (assuming it's in the same place as the original K5).

The original poster said the LCD which is NOT the viewfinder. You can get the same thing on the K5

Hi Mike, I was asking if the OP could see them in the viewfinder, however I ommitted to add 'as well' so he knew I meant to also check for the level indicator in the viewfinder.

Either way, I think this issue is sorted if he turns on the level indicator in the menu. It will then appear on the LCD and in the viewfinder.

I forgot this part it's a different level than the one I get if I turn the level on.
The one I get pushing the info button twice has a circle in the middle of the lcd.
